Security Gate & Neighborhood Rules

Hello

I'm looking at purchasing a property that is an area / neighborhood that allows short term rentals / airbnb.  One requirement they have is that all renters fill out a form with info about their cars as its a gated community along with sign a one page community rules (i.e. dogs on leash, speed limits, etc).  

One is an online form and the other is a PDF that they can print and email / fax in.  Im concerned that it could be hard to send them the links since airbnb blocks links.  Does anyone have any experience with this?

Airbnb does not block links when the guests has a confirmed reservation.
