You can sent the link regarding check-in instructions to the guest via the message system or via regular email. So why do you need Airbnb support anyway ?

@Sarah-And-Jonathan1 It’s a test that Airbnb is conducting for some users to see if host’s really need the key symbol checkin link instructions. Call support and let them know it is affecting you negatively and they will forward the info to the techies! I’m in the same boat and I recently got a 4* review because of it. PLEASE BRING BACK THE KEY SYMBOL! All hosts affected should call system support and report the issue and request reinstatement if the key symbol.
