What happens now? I had a guest make a two day reservation for last weekend. The Reaervation was made last Wednesday which is inside the refund policy based on my "moderate" refund policy in my listing. To the best of my knowledge, the guest never arrived... Latest reply by Cynthia-and-Chris1

So, i booked a place for 3 days Dec 22-25, but recently I changed the reservation to Dec 23-Dec 26. I saw that I was going to be refunded around $30 for that. Does anyone know how I can get my refund? Thank you! Latest reply by Darko9
