Selling my Airbnb

Selling one of our Airbnb properties in Warwick, NY. 

Summer rates 1200/night. Holiday weekends 2000/night. Off-season rate 900/night.

How do I market the property to other airbnb hosts?

@Igal0  FYI listings cannot be transferred from one host to another. All the ratings and reviews stay with the previous host, nor can you just pass on alread booked guests, so you can't sell an Airbnb "business". All you are selling is the house (maybe with contents) with the potential for someone to use it as an Airbnb. So you would advertise it for sale just like you'd advertise any house, with wording that it has been and could be continued to be used as an Airbnb.
