Send Money - taken from the wrong account

I have two Airbnb properties and the income from each goes to a different bank account.

I sent money to a guest who is staying at one house, but the money was deducted from the revenue associated with the other house.

Now I have to transfer the money myself to the other account.

The money should be deducted based on the bank account associated with the property.

Perhaps this can be forwarded to the Airbnb Help Desk.  I can't figure out how to  report a problem to the Airbnb organization.
