Sending CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING and HOUSE RULES to guests

Hello, 

How do I send a CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING and HOUSE RULES to our coming guests? Is there an option to send an attachment to my message to my guests?

as soon as a booking is done guest gets booking confirmation from Airbnb so you don't have to send it.

Your House rules should be written in your listing and guest has to agree to them during the booking process, it is automated. Though, many guests don't read it and just click "agree" so you may copy paste it in your message if you want, or, as we do, leave it printed in the apartment.
