Sending documents

Hi there, I have made up documents showing guests the flat location, flat information etc which I am having trouble sending to them through the AirBnB email system. They keep getting bounced saying that the attachments are too big. I've trimmed them down but if I do that any more, they aren't going to be useful for the guests. Is there something I can do to send these documents to guests before their stay? Thanks. Sarah

How big are the files, @Sarah1036? What format? There are ways to take down the resolution, depending on format. Let me know what you are trying to send, and I will see if I can help.
