Separating apartments because of superhost status?

Hello there...

My name is Miho, and I am superhost in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

Last couple years I managing 3 apartments, they are excellent, and I have 5 stars review for them, and I am last two years superhost, what is amazing and good for me. But unfortanately, from this year I have 2 apartments with lower quality, and reviews are beetwen 4 stars, even 3 stars, and my superhost status is in dangerous position.

So I want to ask what I can do to separate this 2 apartments? All 5 apartments are under the same account, so can I create new account and put that 2 low quality objects in that new account, and what is benefits/penalties if I somehow do that?
