U Inboksu sam primio zahtjev za rezervaciju za gosta SERGIO 22 - 28.07.2019. Međutim ne mogu uspostaviti komunikaciju s gostom.

Ne mogu odgonetnuti u čemu je problem.

Gost je postavio određene zahtjeve a ja ne mogu da mu odgovorim putem poruke.

Zahtjev za rezervaciju sam dobio danas u 10.35 AM.

Molim za pomoć.

In the Inbox of the Apartment 28 I received a reservation request for the guest SERGIO 22 - 28.07.2019. However, they can not establish communication with the guest.

I can not figure out what the problem is.

The guest has set specific requirements and I can not answer the message.

I received the reservation request today at 10.35 AM.

I'm asking for help.

it is not clear why you can not answer the messages.

Is there an error-message ?

On the inbox page can read this -

Well there you have your answer then @Ivica0 .

 

You can't reply or see a booking because Airbnb have removed the guest for violating their T&Cs.

 

Likely they haven't remove the guest's Airbnb account.
