Service fee NOT listed under PAYOUT as stated in HELP

Hi folks.

im going a little nuts here.  I’ve read everything three times. Airbnb’s documentation says that Airbnb service fees and guest service fees are listed under my PAYOUTS in my transaction history.  Well, not my transaction history.

in fact, I can find any screen or report that breaks out any Airbnb fee anywhere.  I quote a price, and then sometime later I get something less, with no breakdown of fees and no explanations, not matter how I dig.

please help.

The Guest service fee has no relation with your payout, as it is payed by the guest to Airbnb.

The Host Service Fee (useally 3% + VAT) can be seen in every reservation (simply view the reservation details !) and also in the Transaction History (it has  a gross earnings and payouts overview), in the CSV files (to download) everthing is on 1 row if loaded into a spreadsheet.If you pay VAT there is also an invoice for the Host service Fee available in the list of reservations.

If for some reason you are interested in Guest Service Fees, simulate a booking on your own listing, or when managing a listing select a some dates on the calender and on the right you will see what guest will pay for that period dates by opening "price calculator".
