Service fee and pricing

Hello!

I will be new to manage properties by ABnB. I will be renting two out six room in a guest house.

I learned that service fee for host is 3%, is there is any other fee to be charge to host (I know that 7% tax is being charge to guest and pay to Hacienda)

If guest fee range up to 20%, the question is how can I be sure what will be final rate for guest in order to establish a good price for my rooms,?

It's only Host Service Fee for the host (in parts of the world VAT is added to it).

You can see total rates for guests when simulating a booking on your own listing or select dates on the kalender when managing the listing. My experience: Guest service fee is beteen 15 and 18 %, and lower when stay is "long term" (28 nights and more). If you offer two rooms, each room needs a listing (and a third one if you want to offer the combi, but with calender linking).
