Service fee refund

Hi,

I'm Airbnb newbie.

Booked my first house yesterday. This morning got the cofirmation, but after about an hour the host messaged me to say the building front is beind renovated so if I'd like to cancel, it's ok.

I asked to cancel. Did get a refund except for the service fee...is it refundable?

I found this page about it but not sure what should I do:

Air BNB fees are refundable if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours.  Sounds like that is what you did.  @Nati17  contact Air BNB using this guide.
