Setting up a brand new account and cannot get minimum stay changed

I made it to the Availability settings and to the How long can guests stay? page. Nights min appears to be stuck on 1 night and nights max appears to be stuck at No max. Attempting to change the nights by adding a number does not work and clicking on the + does not work. Nights max appears to not work for me either.

Any suggestions on how to change these settings?
