Setting up a new bank account

Hi. I have set up a bank account on the 08 of December and even received an email from you stating that you will be making "small deposit of 1 cents to verify that the bank information is correct. "
I have received the 1 cent last week and the bank account I have added it is still showing as "pending verification"
On top of that I am trying to remove an old bank account and everytime I choose remove nothing happens.
