Setting up payment as IBAN

Howdy all. I'm new to all this and trying to set up the payment account.We don't have IBAN in Australia, only SWIFT. Called our bank and they have no idea what to put under IBAN and the system needs both a n IBAN & SWIFT number to proceed. Any help on this would be great as I have people wanting to stay but no payment method

I am also faced with the problem, I am from Africa-Tanzania I went to the bank to ask them for the IBAN number they say they dont have IBAN number in Tanzania but their intermiderry is Standard chartered New York. Did you manage to sort out the problem or anyone who can help please.

Have you found a way to enter the only SWIFT i ternational payout method?
