Sevice fee for hosts

I have downloaded my transactions for the year and find that Airbnb have charged me more that 3%. Who do I contact about getting this money back?

Hello @Michele754,

Some time ago Airbnb changed their fee policy to all charging a greater percentage the stricter the cancellation policy chosen by the host. Perhaps this may explain the unexpected rate.
