Short Term Rental Singapore

Hi I am new host here. I found there was this news about airbnb host being fined for unauthorised short term rental.

 

Yet I saw many hosts accept short term rentals. I Want to know how was their experience and what is the criteria to make it legal.

Since it’s illegal, better don’t do it? Or do it at your own risk?

Hi, I think the URA direction is only for residential homes and does not apply to other types of accommodations.
