Short term stays ..... less than 5 hours

Hi my fellow Hosts...

I have a question, recently I've had a few requests for people to come and stay in my home for less than 5 hours.  Ie, "Can we check in at 1pm and leave at 7pm on the same day?"  This is the second request in the last few months and was wondering has anyone else had such instances where this has come up.  I have checked the reviews for these guests and they all come back as great.

Would appreciate thoughts/feedback.

Did they include why they needed a place to stay for so such a short time???

Personally, I'd tell them to go to a motel or hotel.

I did ask what was the reason for them visiting Quincy.

They advised they were there for a wedding...understandibly, however by the time I got back to them they had already booked elsewhere.

All good though.

However, this is the second guest that has asked to stay in my home for 5 hours or less, which is why I wanted to know if anyone has had this request.
