Shortening stay before check-in

Hi my arriving guest has a confirmed booking on Mar 16-24, she just informed me to shorten the stay for 4 days. I have strict cancellation policy. How will it go? Can she amend her booking without being charge? To take note she just inform as well 2 days before her arrival.
Help pls.
