Hi,
I've read most of the posts on the discussion boards about Smart Pricing, and none has given me the answers I need. On my listings, I have set smart pricing off and it still adds $10 to my list price of $95 per night.
Hence when guests search, my listing is showing at $105 and if they have a price filter for $0-$100..i'm outta luck. I have recently listed another unit and it's doing the same exact thing (i.e adding $10 to base price). I assumed the site needed some time to update but it's been 3 days and my list price is still higher than $95/night. When you click on the listing it will display the correct pricing. I've called cust service and they don't know why this is happening.
Am I missing something? Pls any help will be much appreciated. If this is a glitch pls state so and advise when it'll be fixed.

Its the way search works@Oby0
With no dates it shows as $95, if you search for a date it adds the cleaning fee and shows $105. It does this for all listings

Thanks for your response Jeff. I get it now...the cleaning fee is split across the # of days selected and that split is added to your base price to reflect the total $cost/day.
