Smart Pricing - how to correct/ refuse smart price on booking

Hi everyone,

on the topic of smart pricing -  I know it was discussed many, many times because it's giving us many problems.

Going to the merit of the case - using smart pricing I got the German based guest booked for seven days at Christmas time 21-28 December for as little as $24/night! The booking was accepted on my behalf by platform. My price normally for the Xmas period is double the amount! How on earth was this calcullated! When I checked, the guest serches were +156% to avilable listings -10%.

For once I relay on smart pricing and was caught badly. Since then I set my minimum price for that to never happen again!
My guestion is: what can I do to remedy this particular case? My co-host (and my husband)  is very abset about the whole issue.
