Smart pricing boost listing?

Will using Smart Pricing boost my listing?  Does anyone know?

We are new and had 6 immediate bookings with the "new listing" flag, but now

that the "new listing" flag is gone, we have had no new bookings - even with all 5 star reviews.

I'm trying to boost our listing... and wondered if Smart Pricing helps.

Bear in mind you have less availability now for new potential guests because of your forthcoming bookings.

On your calendar also a couple of one day only bookings - my suggestion is that although every booking is good news, small one day bookings seriously hamper your availability and maybe you should consider two or three day minimum bookings to improve your occupancy rates.

I don't quite like smart pricing. It gets me confused with my own rate.

I am quite new to airbnb, and used the smart pricing method. It does not help much, to me.

Just offer a fixed price, update your pictures (add more and attractive pictures), so that the number of people reviewing your listing will increase. 

The more people view your listing, the more higher it ranks compared to the rest.
