Smart pricing....how do i turn it OFF?

Can anyone tell me how to turn smart pricing OFF?? i would really appreciate it!!

hi @Alan21,

just go to your listing-calendar-price setting on the right side  and you'll see how to deactivate the smart price just selectin OFF :))

Follow the path below - 

• Host (house icon)
• Manage Listing(click on the listing which will open default calendar page)
• Price Setting (top right hand)
• Smart Pricing (click and drag across to turn off)

I don't seem to have anywhere to click on Smart Pricing once in the Prices page, nothing in the right hand corner?!!

Turn off Smart Pricing

To turn off Smart Pricing:

1. Go to Your listings on airbnb.com and select a listing
2. Click Pricing at the top of the page
3. Next to Nightly price, click Edit
4. Next to Smart pricing, click the circle to turn off smart pricing

I do not have the icon to turn off smart pricing on my listing.  It is really annoying.  Dpes anyone know how to correct this?

I get to the last page and still cant turn this bs off..

I am assuming now that air bnb does it on purpose so they can drive traffic. I'll be switching to another platform because of this sneaky practice.

Clicking 'Continue' doesn't do anything at all, so annoying!
