Sms from airbnb number

i received an sms from a company airbnb number from usa regarding a reservation querry, but I don't know which way to reply. The message is not recorded in my profile and is cropped. Please let me know how to get back to them.

You can only 

• Text (SMS): Reply STOP. To start receiving them again, reply START., NOT ANSWER.

You can turn off most notifications in your notification settings. For text, push, phone and some email notifications, you can also take the following actions to turn them off:

You can answer to the message on you account Airbnb, they noticed that you have a message or a reservation.
