Somebody else is using my photos

Hello,

There is somebody who runs "Welcome to Encore Luxury condos" on Airbnb in the same condo as mine, " Orchid guest house 2 ", is in, and they stole my photos. When I saw their website on Airbnb , I was shocked to see they were using my photos!! Most of the photos in his description were taken by me and are being used in my description from about a year ago. This is inevitably a form of violation of copyright. How can I report them?

Not sure about the copyright thing but you need to flag it up to AirBNB - I would suppose that since the photos and description are yours and not of the actual other condo, they could remove it for being fraudulent.  It's not their place and they are advertising it as such.

@Misun0 If the photos had been taken by an Airbnb photographer, there would be Airbnb copyright on them, and Airbnb would probably be quick to make them take the pictures down. 

Let's hope they help you with your own images too.

As @Tracy0 mentioned you can flag this to Airbnb by clicking on the 'Report this listing' in their page, see image below. This will then notify a specific team within Airbnb and they can then look into this further.
