Someone else has registered my Business Email Address

Hi All,

I wanted to add my business email address to my account but have realised it's registered (with Air B&B) already to someone else.  I've had the email address/website details for 6 years.  No-one should be actively using it, I can only assume it has been incorrectly used.  How do I flag it up and get it changed? 

When I try to reset it, I get an email saying it's already being used and they refer to me as Geoff.

I'm not Geoff! 😞

Hi All. I would like to add that I just became a host and found out that somebody from South Korea had managed to register 6 years ago with my company email address that I have had for 18 years.

I dont understand how that can be possible and even though I have changed the password if they are managing to create an account and presumerably verifying that email address then I guess they can change the password and then change where the payments are sent to - this is a bit worrying and I wonder if AirBandB are aware of this problem. Does anyone have any advice ?
