Hi,
I'm managing several of my family's and family friend's places in Cuba from abroad as there is little/terrible Internet. Someone who was managing one of the properties still has his listing up and refuses to take it down. He won't respond to any of my messages and my family isn't even sure who he is. How do I contact Airbnb to have this listing removed?
Thanks in advance!

@Elle23 Wow, that's odd! You'll need to contact Airbnb about this so they can get in touch with the host. Presumably the owner of the property should be able to get this person to remove his listing.
Go to the home page of this Community Center and select Get Support. There you will see the Community Help Guides, one of which describes all the ways to get in touch with Airbnb.

Thank you @Clare0 for your advice. Yes, it is odd. I think he is just reluctant to give up an income stream, but it is the hosts decision obviously.
