Someone trying to cancel

This man has tried to cancel since yesterday and it did not go through. Can you please cancel and provide him his money back? 

It will not let me add a photo but it’s a screen shot of him asking me to cancel me stating he needs to do it and he stated he did but today he messaged me and it’s still showing it hasn’t. It’s for the man that is supposed to be in my home today. Please refund him.
