Something is wrong with my reservation

I made an reservation and I apply my coupones to reduce my paymend. But now I find that my reception is with full payment and doesn't use my coupon. Whay you don't use my coupon? What happend. This coupon is from 2017 you want to expired the coupon and didn't have a chance to use it? Please make sure I'll pay less for my second paymend for my vacation!

Hope you are well. 
We are mainly a groups of individuals who use Airbnb and offer advice etc, in no way do we work for Airbnb! You would need to speak with them directly and see what they can do for you. 
However, it is from my experience that Airbnb travel vouchers have a one year validity but this too could have changed since then.
