Special Offer....guest said doesn't add up...help

I gave a special offer to our guest.  She states it doesn't add up from her end.  I need answers before I loose her please.  I put in the total duevfir their 5 day stay & she states she the $'s I submitted are not calculating & there is 291. Higher charge.  Help please. 🙂

What are the details of the offer are you sending to the guest?
And what does the guest see on their side?
