How do i send a special offer?

I am told to go into the inbox and select the message from the guest you want to give the special offer to. I do this but no special offer sign appears

You need to use the "special offer" button (indeed, when opening inbox).

But it is only available when guest sent you an inquiry (not when sent a request)

@Christine1789 If its an existing booking you can click "Change or Cancel reservation" and alter the price in the change booking section.
