I can't find where to give a special offer anymore. Seems it moved recently?? Can anyone help me find it? I have a fee for extra guests and need to enter that in before I accept this next book with the next 20 hours. Thanks!

On a laptop :

It is in your inbox - at the top of the conversation with that specific traveler.

After booking is confirmed the button is replaced by a "change or cancel" button that will allow to modify the price.
