Hi. I have recently listed my home on Airbnb and went with their suggestion of offering 20% discount to the first 3 guests.  The third guest who received the offer cancelled and I now have a fourth guest who would like the 20% discount.  I thought if the third guest cancelled, the 20% discount would automatically apply to the next guest who booked but is that not the case?
