Spell-Check andf guest fees

1) Airbnb neersds to equip the conversation message box with spell check fo faster and more articulate communications.

2)  Airbnb needs to create an accessesible dropdown icon to click on to find what a guest is paying for a particular night in fees and total cost on the guests side, so hosts can adjust pricing to an attractive total for future guests. If a host wants to charge $100 a night total on the guests end and knows if they post $88 on the site knowing the guest pays a $12 fee to come to $100 It allows the host to make that happen.

@Arline1,

I do not agree on both items.

Item 1: Never missed such feature and only slows down the system and/or brings up annoying suggestions. Maybe there are some spelling mistakes in this posting either, i don't care.

item 2: Airbnb service fee is not a percentage fixed per night, it depends also on length of stay.

If you sent special offer, you can see (dynamically) what guest pay in total when adjusting your price, so facility allready excists. You can also simulate a booking on your own listing to see what guests are  offered, including cleaning fee (if any) or (tourist)taxes (if any)

Best regards, Emiel

Part pf being a professional online and in a business is caring about all aspects of that business. Those that do care are more succesful than those that don't care.

The calculator to show what a guest pays including fees on their end does not exist. If it does, send me the link.

@Arline1  You use to be able to see it they removed that feature. What @Emiel1 is saying is go incognito to you listing and pretend to book it and the service fee's and taxes will be shown to you that AirBnB is charging your guests. Mine usually 13.34% on the total cost of the stay (nights and cleaning fee) then a 6% tax for the State of Texas.
