Spliting properties on 2 VAT-ID

Have 2 properties listed on airbnb. Just wonder is it possible to add different VAT-ID for 2nd one,like it is possible to set up different transfer accounts.
1st proprty is from my father (I manage with it) and 2nd is mine.
If not what are the options?
I want to save reviews I got , not to start all over again.

I wish someone would answer this question its so frustrating trying to get answers for Airbnb.

Also will review from one property affect my rating on my other one.
