Stolen towels from host

My guests have have stolen new towels and actually went into my closet and took out my old personal towels and left those in the room. My upset of course is with the missing towels but even more with the fact that they went into my closet and went through it! When I asked them what happened to the towels? They responded that they didn’t understand what I meant! So, I know they stole them and are dishonest. If I make a claim, will they be able to make a review? If so, you know it won’t be favorable because I already alerted to the towels - they KNOW what they did, and I will not be able to take it off! What should be done here?

@Nikolai12  Send them a bill for the missing towels. Document it in the AirBnB messaging system first off if  have not done so. Then after 72 hours you can send it to the Resolution Center. Unless the guest admits it I don't think you will recoup anything from this, but the documention gives you a tax write off.
