Subleasing with an HOA.

Was going to host, but found out my HOA bylaws state no subleasing or advertising to sublease. I guess this puts a lot of people out of being able to share their homes.

Are you trying to sign lease agreements with each of your guest? Are they staying in a property you do not use as a primary residence? Are you looking for long term airbnbers? Subleasing and home sharing are not the same.
