Hi All,
I recently completed a stay in Rome for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. My host was very helpful and accommodating so I wanted to give him a great review. However, I booked my return to the U.S. via trans-atlantic steamer and it took 15 days to complete during which time I was not able to access the internet (cost $200 on board so not feasible). I want to do right by my host, I tried to find a contact number or email address for AirBnb to request a couple days grace period to allow me to write, but I can't find one. Can someone suggest how I may be able to get this accomplished? Thanks in advance for any suggestions or help.
p.s. this was my first AirBnb experience so I'm pleading ignorance
