I contact all inquiries but still have a 0 rating as a new host. Is this something that kicks in overtime or do I need to go into a page that I haven't found yet?
Just guessing on this Richard but maybe takes a little time to catch up. I see ou are new and have one feedback so give it a little time and if it does not rectify itselfs over some weeks or incorrect then just email Airbnb.
I dont think at this stage you have to worry overly.
