Super host status exceeded

I exceeded all criteria for Superhost status as of January 1st but wasn’t awarded the title. Should I call and inquire?

You'll know by the 15th of the month.  Airbnb waits until all reviews are in for the month of December, and that doesn't happen until about 2 weeks after the end of the quarter.
