It turns out my listing wasn't as clean as it was expected, or so the guest tells me, I live outside of the city so I can't corroborate this information. This is the first time I've ever had a complain like this one so I don't know what will happen. She arrived yesterday. First she contacted me through one account wanting to make a reservation for that same night one hour after the reservation, I told her she could, I authorized the reservation and she switched accounts and made the reservation from another profile, she has no reviews beacuse she is a new member and it all seems very strange to me.... Anyway my question is, if she cancels now after doing her check in, how will I know if Airbnb makes the refund automatically or if I have to make the transfer?
