I was wondering what seems to be the problem with the superhost criteria stats again 🙂 It says that I will be eligible for Superhost on the next evaluation because I have only hosted 6 stays in the past year bit I have hosted 12 and I counted 5 times.. will this be fixed in time? And someone suggested that I should call Airbnb. I know that but this has happened the third time and since we don't have representatives here it is very very expensive for me to call every time and wait so much time on the phone.

I have a feeling as we are currently still in the Superhost Evaluation period (until July 14th), some of the metrics might be a little up and down until it's complete and this might be why you are seeing this. I'm going to double check with the team to make sure this is the case and will get back to you.

I have been a super host for several years with reviews of 4.9 and 0 cancellations. I just got an email that my superhost status has been revoked and that my reviews were a 4.6 which is not the case. They also said I just denied a reservation but that was because I had only 24 hours and when I answered the potential guests inquiry about number of beds that person never responded about whether she wanted the house. Airbnb needs to get its metrics straight!! Anyone else having problems w their super host status?
Hi, I am having the same trouble as Ana, it says that I am missing some of the Superhost status requirements. All of my reviews are good, the only change is that I have required a longer stay of guests, making my number of guests less. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks, Joan

Thank GOD I am not the only one. I too received this same email. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in this. For years I have been a super host, going out of my way, holding hands with new users ( many hosts don’t take people without reviews but I do! ) and showing people around, having a car service pick up guests, greeting them at the door, carrying luggage and leaving outstanding amounts of refreshments...now after 5 years ( maybe more ) I get this lame email! So disappointed and let down.
I find the hosts do so much and the guest and Airbnb get to white glove the hosts.
This may be the final straw as I truly loved being a super host and after one email not explaining things it’s over until the next time?
I see my ratings are all 4.9 or 5.0 so the only thing is the bookings? COME ON! This is unfair if that’s the case.
@Cj7 you have hosted 8 stays right? If so, that is the reason, you need at least 10.
Yes. And that’s ridiculous. Should be about quality. Being a host is not easy , being a super host is even harder to tick all the boxes.
I also have someone who copied my same name of my listing and is around the corner, Airbnb would do nothing about it.
sorry to rant but am extremely disappointed.
I have been Superhost since January 2018 and now I am removed my status because of a single cancellation 123 days in advance with very justified and valid reasons but we are left with the minimum of words with the minimum details to explain our cancellation .... Plus I have 83 reviews 5 stars..I had 406 bookings since July 2017 ... Really inconceivable! It is to understand nothing!
