Superhost Status

Is it possible for overall stats to be restarted in a new Superhost period, otherwise i feel i have too much work to get there.

Plus because i had to make one emergency cancellation, this one emergency out of over 30 straight hits my 100% commitment stat and makes it impossible to get back to the required 100%

Please help 🙂

An emergency cancellation should fall under extenuating circumstances so contact AirBnB and see what they can do.
