Superhost review period

So, just had the 1 April super host test go past, and now it's saying I have to wait to July to find out if I'm getting it????  I'm passing all they ask for and this is the 2nd time it's happened..... I'm I missing something?

Do you have current guests? I just read elsewhere that the 14-day review window needs to pass to let your current guests check out and leave a review, then the status should appear. I'm in the same position.

I just noticed this as well.  I started in February and was waiting impatiently for today to be granted Superhost, only to be told the date has changed??  Bait and switch and I'm not pleased...

Please check your progress - if this is the quarter that you should get the superhost status, it can take up to 14 days for the badge to be awarded.

It should say that they are reviweing your stats.

Great to meet you. 

 

As @Max257 mentioned it usually takes a couple of weeks to be notified whether you received Superhost status at the end of each period, due to the 14 day window a guest and host has to leave a review. Although, on you account it has now rolled on for the next Superhost status review period (July 2018), you will be notified soon if you have received it this time.

Hello, quick question for anyone who knows. The 14 day review period ended more than a week ago, but I haven't received any notification email from Airbnb yet. Is it normal for it to take so long?

 

I know that I have got Superhost status from my dashboard and the badge is still there, but as it's the fourth quarter in a row, I was also expecting to receive my travel credit. How do I see if I've got this or not because when I click on the Credit tab, all I get is a pop up message saying I'll get £15 if I refer someone, but it doesn't take me to the page outlining my credit? I did manage to figure out how to view this in the past, but really can't remember now!

 

Also, does anyone know if the free photo session instead of travel credit is an option yet?

 

 

@Huma0 you should have received an email about once again being a SuperHost. If you did not receive it, perhaps ask customer support if they can re-send it.

And ask when you will receive your travel credit.

I received my "You earned Superhost again!" email on Apr 12.

Yay, now to wait for an email? Do super hosts get a travel credit? That would be nice 🙂
