Superhost status review wrong stats

hi there

I am aiming to become a superhost based on review of period 1 April 2016-31 March 2017. Based on the stats previously, I was eligible and the only thing that had been missing was the 5 star review.

However, having now looked at the stats for this review, I noticed that my COMPLETED TRIPS has gone down from 10 to 9? how is that possible at all? Should I regret not making a screenshot of my completed trips count a couple of weeks earlier for god's sake?

Can you please sort it out as I have been working my back off to get to this review and the stats are wrong?! Or explain how could my trips have gone from 10 to 9 so suddenly?! I had more than 10 trips if anything, so please give me a breakdown of those "trips" and which period those were assessed at. Thank you!

David

@David748 Yes, contacting an Airbnb rep to get that straightened out for you is your best option. All ways to contact them are here. Best of luck with it! Karen

Hi @David748 Open a Twitter account  Twitter

Step 1: Log into Twitter

Step 2: Search for @Airbnbhelp and choose "Follow" them

Step 3: Send a Direct Message (DM) explaining your issue and wait for their response.  They may ask for information such as your listing but always provide it over DM so it is not public.

Can't edit that post anymore but it is quoted directly from the link supplied in posts above - credit to @Dave & Deb in their community help guide. 🙂

I'm angling for superhost status asap.  How do I get Airbnb to correct 2 errors in my stats?

Commitment rate 98%

I've never canceled a reservation yet my commitment rate is 98%.  I'm pretty sure the explanation is that Airbnb canceled 2 reservations due to errors they caused - not me - and I didn't cancel them.   They said my stats would not be damaged but apparently they were.  Perhaps if they could point out which reservation(s) are factored into the 2% the answer would be even more clear.

Response rate 99%

I've responded promptly to every reservation.  I'd like to know how-why they show 99% instead of 100%

I submitted an Airbnb help request ~ 1 month ago.  No reply.

Thank you

@Robin-and-Mami0 Have you ever let a Reservation Request expire without Accepting or Declining? Oftentimes host think that by just responding to a question on a Reservation Request that suffices as a response.  Not so.

@Robin-and-Mami0, I believe you need to have 80% 5 star reviews.

Thank you.

No.

We've never let an inquiry expire.

If there's any record of that occurance, we'd like to see it.

Thank you, however, that's not the answer to either of our questions.

Katelyn fixed it. Hooray!

Hello Robin and Mami,
This is Katelyn again from Airbnb. I have not heard back from you regarding your Stats concern so I looked into and can confirm that your response rate is back to 100%, where it should be.

Hi all! I have a similar problem with "Stays Hosted" stats. I'm new; my first guest was in late January. I have had 6 guests now and my 7th arrives today. 6th guest checked out 3 days ago. My stats say I only have 5. I'm obviously working towards Super Host status. Any ideas? Thanks!!
