Superhost status

Hello there, can someone explain to me why i dont have super host status yet because i got 13 completed trips, 80% 5 star review, 100% response and comitment rate?

Hi @Miho1

I went through your listing and I discover this: 

"The host canceled this reservation 20 days before arrival. This is an automated posting."

That's why you are not superhost yet, be careful next time, never cancel a reservation. 😉
