Superhost

Dear all,

I have a problem, maybe some of you could help me.

My boyfriend is superhost for a while, his overall rating is 4.8 as you can see on the photo. But airbnb send him an notification that hes rating is 4.7 as you can see on other pix.

Is there possible to airbnb mess this up?

@Ula4  It could be one of two things. A computer glitch in which case he will keep his super host status. Or and I do think this is probably it, the actual 4.8% has been rounded up to that from something like 4.7888889% and the robot automated computer sees it as below 4.8% because it technically is.
