Suspended account

My account was suspended without notice three weeks ago, numerous calls and daily emails with no response or any assistance whatsoever. Exceptionally poor service and no idea how to receive an answer, with staff out of work and a business essentially shut down with no communication.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. At a loss….

@Jageida0 CS is extremely slow in responding to hosts who have had accounts suspended, which is wholly unfair. Do you have any idea why your acct was suspended? Did a guest complain about something—whether true or not? The usual culprits for suspension are undisclosed camera(s); entering a guest’s space without notice/permission unless an emergency; bed bugs; complaints about a party.

Your account seems not to be suspended, but your listing is suspended.

Useally it is done because of a issue, like a complaining guest or violations of local laws.

The "Airbnb trust & safety" team will investigate.
