Suspended listing

Hi, can someone please help me why my listing is Suspended?

1) A temporary suspension because you are scoring below 4.7 for recent stays

2) A suspension while Airbnb investigate a guests complaint

3) A mistake

Sadly no one here knows and probably no one in Airbnb either. Have you tried calling and asking?

@Roselyn89 Why don’t you give us a little background on your last 2 guests? Have there been any type of complaints whatsoever—Undisclosed camera, guest asking for a refund, bed bugs, amenity(ies)  missing, something/ anything not working.
