I just got suspended for 1 month due to my overall ratings, I handled 4 properties and 1 room of them got a low ratings but my other listings got very high ratings and reviews ! I don’t think this is reasonable , they can suspend my other listing that got a low ratings but should not all my listings, this is very disappointing as a host.

@Ken398  I can understand you're upset about this,  but I have to wonder why you are hosting a listing that gets bad ratings? It seems you are managing for other people, and when I read your reviews, they all say you are a nice and good host, but there are multiple complaints about a very bad sewer smell in the bathroom, among other things. So I'm assuming those reviews were for this listing that gets low ratings?

If so, and if you are managing this for someone else, I'd suggest you stop managing it, unless you or the owner is willing to spend the time and $ to bring it up to speed, as it is causing you problems, getting you bad reviews on your profile, and now suspended.

It does seem unfair that when the guests don't seem to have any issues with you, but only with one of your listings, that all should be suspended. But that is how Airbnb operates- the host is supposed to ensure that all of the listings are well-maintained and comfortable. If you are not the owner,. and the owner is unwilling to upgrade their space, i would dump these owners from your portfolio.
